MobiKare is a digital marketplace platform that connects independent service providers ("Providers") with users seeking mobile vehicle maintenance, detailing services, and roadside assistance ("Customers"). MobiKare provides the technology to facilitate the booking, real-time tracking, and payment processing of these services. MobiKare does not provide vehicle care services directly; all services are performed by independent third-party contractors who are not employees or agents of MobiKare. By using the platform, Customers acknowledge that MobiKare is an intermediary and is not responsible for the performance, quality, or safety of the services provided by the third-party contractors.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process the following categories of sensitive information:
- social security numbers or other government identifiers
- tax identification numbers (EIN, ITIN, Business Number, or provincial Tax ID) — collected from Service Providers for tax compliance and payout verification purposes only
Provider Tax Identification Data. When applying to become a Service Provider on MobiKare, you are required to submit a tax identification number. This information is collected solely to fulfill our obligations under applicable tax law and to verify your identity as a legitimate business operator. Your tax identification number is stored in a separately encrypted, access-restricted database. It is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose beyond legal compliance and identity verification. You may request deletion of your tax identification data at any time by contacting us at Support@mobikare.app.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases. All payment data is handled and stored by PayPal. You may find their privacy notice here: https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account.
Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
- Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services.
- Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, social media accounts, sensors, storage, and other features.
- Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information.

- Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services.

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.

- Allow Users to Connect to Their Third-Party Accounts: Facebook account, Google account and PayPal account
- Cloud Computing Services: Google Cloud Platform and Supabase
- Functionality and Infrastructure Optimization: Supabase
- Invoice and Billing: Stripe and PayPal
- User Account Registration and Authentication: Supabase Auth
- Website Hosting: Netlify
- Website Testing: Google Play Console and TestFlight
We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- When we use Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs to retrieve certain information when you make location-specific requests. This includes precise geolocation data, Place IDs, Device Metadata, and Map Interaction Data.
- Other Users. When you share personal information or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity.
5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.
In some regions (like Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) if applicable, to data portability; and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided below.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the SMS messages that we send, or by contacting us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can contact us using the contact information provided. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
12. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information.

California "Shine The Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?"
13. ACCOUNTABILITY AND THIRD-PARTY TRANSFERS
MobiKare Solutions Inc. remains accountable for all personal information under its control. When personal information is transferred to third-party service providers or independent contractors to fulfill a service request, we use contractual and technical safeguards to ensure a comparable level of protection and to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure.
14. MUTUAL DISCLOSURE IN THE MARKETPLACE
To facilitate our services, we disclose limited information between users: For Customers: We share the Service Provider's name, professional profile, vehicle/equipment details, and aggregate ratings. For Service Providers: We share the Customer's first name, the specific service location (address), and vehicle details only after a booking is confirmed. Contact information is masked or restricted to the duration of the active service window.
15. DOCUMENTATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE (PHOTOS/VIDEO)
Service Providers may capture photographic or video documentation of the vehicle and its immediate surroundings before, during, and after a service. This data is collected by MobiKare for the purposes of quality assurance, verifying completion of work, resolving disputes, and processing insurance or damage claims. By using the service, users consent to the incidental collection of imagery in the vicinity of the service location.
16. SECURITY LIMITATION AND DISCLAIMER
While MobiKare Solutions Inc. employs industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative safeguards — including SSL encryption and secure database architecture — to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data and are not liable for unauthorized access that occurs beyond our reasonable control.
