Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please enter your registered email address below. We will verify your identity and process the deletion request within 7 business days.

Once submitted, we will permanently remove your account and associated data from our active systems as described below.

⚠ Please read before submitting

When you request account deletion, we remove your personal information and profile data from our active systems. However, we are required by law to retain records of financial transactions for a period of six years. This data is archived securely and is not used for any purpose other than legal and tax compliance.

Data that will be permanently deleted (where applicable):

  • Any forms of Legal ID submitted to the platform
  • Insurance Policy Numbers
  • Phone numbers and email addresses
  • Legal Certifications for Tow / Roadside Assistance
  • Commercial Vehicle Certifications
  • Profile information, account credentials, and personal details

Data retained for legal / tax compliance (archived, not used for any other purpose):

  • Records of financial transactions (retained for 6 years as required by law)

What happens after I submit?

After submitting your request:

  • You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request within 1–2 business days.
  • We will verify your identity by confirming the email matches an active account.
  • Your account and all applicable personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
  • You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
